            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to reset their OneLogin account password.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            This template doesn't collect any details through an intake form. The system identifies the requesting employee and processes the password reset for their own OneLogin account.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with OneLogin in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, configure your OneLogin credentials. To learn more about this third-party connector, see OneLogin Connector.
