            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Issue Description: A detailed description of the reported internal application issue.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration
