            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to reset their Salesforce account password.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            This template uses a simplified request process that identifies the running user requiring a password reset. It doesn't collect additional intake details from the employee.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note
            Note The flow triggers an Apex action that resets the requesting user's Salesforce password.

            Integration

            This template doesn't include any preconfigured integrations for intake or fulfillment. Use Flow Builder to create custom flows with connectors that define how the request is captured and fulfilled.
