            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request the removal of a software license.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Software Name: The name of the software application identified for license removal.
            • User Email Address: The email address of the user whose software license is identified for removal.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note
            Note After manager approval, the flow removes the software license assignment from the specified user.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured Okta integration with a license management system in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, configure your connector credentials. To learn more about this third-party connector, see Okta Connector.
