            Request Site Deletion

            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request site deletion.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Site Name: The name of the site identified for deletion.
            • Business Justification: The business justification for the site deletion request.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note The flow routes the request for manager approval and, after approval, triggers an automated API call to delete the specified site.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with a connector system. The integration performs the automated site deletion during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure your connector credentials.
