          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

          Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

          • Resource Group Name: The name of the resource group that contains the virtual machine identified for decommissioning.
          • Virtual Machine Name: The name of the virtual machine for decommissioning.

          Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

          Note
Note After manager approval, the flow deletes the specified virtual machine through the Azure API.

          Integration

This template uses a preconfigured integration with Microsoft Azure in the fulfillment flow. The integration calls the Azure API to delete the specified virtual machine. To use this integration, configure your Microsoft Azure credentials. To learn more about this third-party connector, see Azure Connector.
