            Request Terraform Access Token

            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request a new Terraform access token.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Reported By: The name of the individual requesting the token.
            • Subject: A clear subject for the request.
            • Token Name: The specific name or identifier for the token required.
            • Business Justification: A business justification explaining the need for the access or integration.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note After manager approval, the flow provisions a new access token in HashiCorp Terraform.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with HashiCorp Terraform in the fulfillment flow. The integration retrieves the account details and provisions a new access token during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure your HashiCorp Terraform credentials.
