            Request User Access Management

            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request site membership and ownership changes.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Site Name: The name of the site or group for the access management request.
            • User Email Address: The email address of the user who requires access.
            • Permission Level: The specific level of access requested for the user, such as Owner or Member.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note
            Note After manager approval, the flow updates the site group membership or ownership.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with Microsoft Entra in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, configure your Microsoft Entra credentials. To learn more about this third-party connector, see Microsoft Entra ID Connector.
