            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Visitor Name: The full name of the visitor.
            • Visitor Email Address: The email address of the visitor.
            • Arrival Date and Time: The date and time of the scheduled arrival.
            • Service Location: The building location for the visitor pass request.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with a visitor management or facility access system. The integration performs the automated visitor registration during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure your visitor management system credentials.
