            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Vulnerability Details: A detailed description of the reported security vulnerability.
            • Issue Occurrence Date and Time: The date and time when the employee first identified the security issue or when the issue occurred.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note The flow performs an initial threat assessment and classifies the severity of the reported vulnerability.

            Integration
