            Request Security Policy Exception

            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request an exception to a security policy.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Exception Details: The specific details, scope, and duration of the requested security policy exception.
            • Business Justification: The business reason for the exception, provided to support the risk evaluation.
            • Additional Information: Any supplementary information relevant to the exception request.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Note After manager approval, the flow triggers automated governance workflows to review the exception and log the final decision.

            Integration
