            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Exception Details: The specific details, scope, and duration of the requested security policy exception.
            • Business Justification: The business reason for the exception, provided to support the risk evaluation.
            • Additional Information: Any supplementary information relevant to the exception request.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.
