SLA-hantering
Det övergripande systemet för att definiera, tillämpa och följa servicenivåer. Kallades tidigare Rättighetshantering. Se Vad är rättighetshantering.
Servicenivåavtalpolicyer
De tidslinjer som sammanfattar alla obligatoriska steg (milstolpar) som ditt supportteam måste utföra för att lösa supportposter. Kallades tidigare Rättighetsprocesser. Se SLA-policyer.
Rättigheter
De kärnavtal som definierar de kundsupportkanaler och typer av support en användare har rätt till. Rättigheter avgör även vilka SLA-policyer och supportprocesser som gäller för en supportpost.
Operativa nivåavtal
De interna avtal som definieras av en tjänstleverantör för att säkerställa att interna team uppfyller servicenivåavtalen. Och OLA kan innehålla ett eller flera mål eller servicemål som styr interna serviceåtaganden.
Milstolpar
