Ative Blocos de Knowledge na página Configurações aprimoradas do Knowledge em Configuração. Depois de ativá-lo, os gerentes e os autores do Knowledge podem acessar os aplicativos Knowledge Blocks e Knowledge Block Versões no Iniciador de aplicativos.
Importante Depois de ativar os Blocos de Knowledge, não será possível desativá-los.
Em Configuração, na caixa Busca rápida, insira Configurações aprimoradas do Knowledge e selecione Configurações aprimoradas do Knowledge.
Ative Knowledge Blocks.
Salve suas alterações.
Os gerentes e autores do Knowledge agora podem acessar dois aplicativos no Iniciador de aplicativos:
Aplicativo Knowledge Blocks. Criar e gerenciar blocos.
Aplicativo Knowledge Block Versões. Crie e gerencie versões de bloco, incluindo versões em diferentes idiomas.
