Draft a Knowledge Article with Agentforce

You can ask Agentforce to create a Knowledge article with your prompt templates from anywhere in the app. Tell Agentforce which record to base the article on and which template to use, and then review and edit the draft before you publish it.

1. If you're on a record:
   1. From the record, open the Agentforce panel.
   2. Say something like "Create a knowledge article from template."
   3. Select a template and click Next.
   4. Provide the details: select the language, enter an article title, and confirm the Grounding Record.
   5. Click Submit.
2. If you're not on a record page:
   1. Open Agentforce from any page and ask it to create a Knowledge article.
      Agentforce asks which type of record to base the article on. You see only the record types that have templates.
   2. Select a record type, select a template, add the details, and then click Submit.
