Add Check Similar Articles Action to Knowledge Article Record Pages

Add the Check Similar Articles action to your Knowledge page layouts so authors can find similar articles from a knowledge article record.

Required Editions

Available in Lightning Experience. View supported editions.
User Permissions Needed
To add the Check Similar Articles action to a page layout:

Knowledge User license

AND

Customize Application
  1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and select Knowledge.
  2. Click Page Layouts, then select Knowledge Layout.
  3. In the palette, click Mobile & Lightning Actions.
  4. Drag Check Similar Articles into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
  5. Save your changes.
