Knowledge Similarity Considerations

Review these considerations before you set up and use Knowledge Similarity.

A data library is required. Ground Knowledge Similarity on an Agentforce Data Library in Data 360. Similar articles appear only when you set up a data library.
Enriched search index improves results. For the most accurate matches, ground Knowledge Similarity on a data library that has an enriched search index.
Only indexed articles are compared. Knowledge Similarity compares only articles that are indexed in the selected data library. For example, it doesn't return content that hasn't synced yet.
Similarity levels are relative. The similarity level indicates how closely content matches. Use the similarity level as a guide, not an absolute threshold, and review matches before you act on them.
