Set Up Knowledge Similarity

Set up Data 360 and an Agentforce Data Library, then turn on Knowledge Similarity so your authors can check for similar articles before they publish.

User Permissions Needed
To enable Knowledge Similarity:	Knowledge User license AND Customize Application
To create and manage Agentforce Data Library:	Data Cloud Architect AND System Administrator permissions

Before you set up Knowledge Similarity, you need:

Set Up Agentforce Data Library for Knowledge Similarity
Check you’ve met all the prerequisites. Then, set up the Agentforce Data Library in Data 360.
Turn On Knowledge Similarity
Turn on Knowledge Similarity and ground it on an Agentforce Data Library so that your authors can check for similar existing articles while they work.
Add Check Similar Articles Action to Knowledge Article Record Pages
Add the Check Similar Articles action to your Knowledge page layouts so authors can find similar articles from a knowledge article record.
