Turn On Knowledge Similarity

Turn on Knowledge Similarity and ground it on an Agentforce Data Library so that your authors can check for similar existing articles while they work.

Required Editions

Available in Lightning Experience. View supported editions.
User Permissions Needed
To turn on Knowledge Similarity:

Knowledge User license

AND

Customize Application

AND

Data Cloud Architect

Before you turn on Knowledge Similarity:

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter AI Knowledge, and then select AI Knowledge Settings.
  2. Turn on Knowledge Similarity.
  3. Under Agentforce Data Library, select the data library to ground Knowledge Similarity on.
  4. Save your changes.

After you save, your authors can check for similar articles when they create or view knowledge articles.
