Knowledge Similarity compares a draft or published article against your knowledge base
and returns a ranked list of similar articles. Use Knowledge Similarity before publishing new
content to avoid duplicates, or when reviewing existing articles to identify coverage
gaps.
To find similar articles, make sure that your admin has turned on Knowledge Similarity and
grounded it on an Agentforce Data Library.
Depending on where you are in your workflow:
To check while drafting an article, create a knowledge article, enter a title and
body content. Then, from the actions menu, select Check Similar
Articles.
To check a published article, open the article. Then, from the actions menu,
select Check Similar Articles.
Review the similar articles that appear and each article's similarity level.
Depending on the results:
To improve existing coverage, open a similar article and edit or archive it based
on the similarity rating, instead of publishing a duplicate.
To keep your new article, continue writing and publish it.
