Agregar índice a páginas de artículos de Knowledge
Para ver rápidamente las secciones en artículos Knowledge y mejorar la navegación, agregue el componente Tabla de contenido (TOC) a artículos nuevos y existentes en su base Knowledge. Puede agregar el TOC solo a artículos en formato HTML, no PDF u otros formatos no HTML.
Desde el Iniciador de aplicación, busque y seleccione Knowledge y luego abra un artículo Knowledge.
Haga clic en Configuración y seleccione Modificar página.
En el Generador de aplicaciones Lightning, desde la lista Estándar de componentes, arrastre el componente Índice de tabla de artículos de Knowledge (1) a una parte modificable de la página Artículo de Knowledge (2).
