Meta, we display it in your org for ease of access.
Enhanced In-App Chat, Enhanced Web Chat v1, Enhanced Web Chat v2, Enhanced
Facebook Messenger, Standard and Enhanced SMS, Enhanced Apple Messages for Business,
Enhanced LINE, and Bring Your Own Channel
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Messaging Settings, and
select Messaging Settings.
Select your WhatsApp channel name.
Click WhatsApp Business Profile.

Health Status
If you see a status of limited or blocked, click the status to learn
why.
Phone Number
If you change the channel name, this is the only place in Salesforce where you
can see your WhatsApp phone number.
If you change the channel name, your Service reps see the new name, but your
customers actually see the Verified Name displayed here.
Check the status of a display name change request for your WhatsApp number in
the Name Status and New Name Status fields.
Check the status of 2-Way Verification.
Business Profile
Update any field on your Business Profile and send it to Meta instantly by
saving your changes.
