Bewaak, werk de status van uw WhatsApp-bedrijfsaccount en -telefoonnummer bij en los problemen op—rechtstreeks vanuit Salesforce. Hoewel de informatie die op deze pagina wordt weergegeven, afkomstig is van Meta, geven we deze voor eenvoudige toegang weer in uw organisatie.

Geef vanuit Set-up, in het vak Snel zoeken, Berichtenverkeer-instellingen op en selecteer Berichtenverkeer-instellingen.
Selecteer uw WhatsApp-kanaalnaam.
Klik op WhatsApp-bedrijfsprofiel.

Gezondheidsstatus
Als u de status Beperkt of Geblokkeerd ziet, klikt u op de status om te achterhalen waarom.
Telefoonnummer
Als u de kanaalnaam wijzigt, is dit de enige plaats in Salesforce waar u uw WhatsApp-telefoonnummer kunt zien.
Als u de kanaalnaam wijzigt, zien uw servicevertegenwoordigers de nieuwe naam, maar zien uw klanten de geverifieerde naam die hier wordt weergegeven.
Controleer de status van een verzoek om wijziging van weergavenaam voor uw WhatsApp-nummer in de velden Naamstatus en Nieuwe naamstatus.
Controleer de status van 2-wegverificatie.
Bedrijfsprofiel
Werk elk veld in uw bedrijfsprofiel bij en verzend het onmiddellijk naar Meta door uw wijzigingen op te slaan.
