Every 24 hours, the Field Service mobile app evaluates whether your offline map covers
the locations for a mobile worker's upcoming service appointments. If the app detects that the
map area is insufficient for the next 24 hours of work, it prompts them to replace the current
map with a new one that includes the relevant area.

Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise Edition with the Asset Service Lifecycle
Management add-on license, or in Performance, Unlimited, and
Developer Editions.
Note Mobile workers can also manually download or refresh their maps at any time.
