Migrate to Agentforce Article Recommendations from a Previous Version
If your organization currently uses a previous version of Article Recommendations, follow these steps to switch to the new version.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter, then select Einstein Article Recommendations.
- View the notification component informing you that you can switch to Article Recommendations powered by Data 360. Click the button in that notification to go directly to the tab in Setup.

On the Article Recommendations for Cases (Data Cloud) tab, enable the main toggle.
Important Enabling this toggle will automatically disable the previous Article Recommendations version. The Article Recommendations for Cases tab on the Article Recommendations setup page is inaccessible after enabling this toggle.
Grounding makes relevant article recommendations possible by indexing your knowledge articles in Data 360. After migrating off the previous version of Article Recommendations, begin to set up Data 360.
