Migrate to Agentforce Service Replies from a Previous Version
If your organization currently uses Einstein Reply Recommendations, follow these steps to migrate Service Replies backed with an Agentforce Data Library (ADL).
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter, and select Einstein Reply Recommendations.

Locate the Migrate to Agentforce Data Library component on the setup page, then click Migrate.

When the migration is complete, the page refreshes, and the Agentforce Data Library
configuration component replaces the migration tool component.
