          User Permissions Needed
To manage Lightning App Pages: Customize Application
To access Command Center for Service: Access Command Center for Service V2
To manage supervisor access groups: Manage Public Groups

Before you begin, verify that your organization has Enhanced Omni-Channel enabled and your target supervisors are provisioned with a Service Cloud, Developer Edition, BYO, MIAW, or Voice license.

The standard Command Center for Service V2 flexipage template provides a preconfigured, modular starting layout populated with Live Card and the In-Progress Work components. If applicable, the metrics are based on the service reps, queues, and skills selected in the associated supervisor configuration.

Set Up the Command Center for Service V2 Flexipage

          1. From Setup, enter Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find box, then select Lightning App Builder.
          2. Locate the Command Center for Service V2 page.

Note: This is an out-of-the-box template that you can clone to configure changes.

          3. Click Clone to create a copy and rename the page as needed.
          4. Customize the workspace layout by dragging, dropping, or removing individual components on the canvas layout.
          5. Click Activate and complete the deployment assignments:
            1. App: Assign the flexipage to the Service Console application (or another app of your choice).
            2. Public Group or Profile: Map page visibility to the specific Public Group or Profile containing your target supervisors.
          6. Click Save and close. Confirm that your supervisors can see the Command Center for Service V2 navigation item in their console app layout.
          Note
Note Service Representative and Backlog components will be available as additional drag-and-drop components in a future release. Until then, supervisors who require those specific views can continue using the existing Command Center for Service workspace interface.
