          Create Command Center for Service V2 Pages

          Use the Command Center page type to build custom supervisor workspaces in Lightning App Builder.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To customize Lightning pages: Customize Application
          To access Command Center for Service V2: Access Command Center for Service V2

          Before you begin, verify that your organization has Enhanced Omni-Channel and Command Center for Service V2 enabled, and that users have the Access Command Center for Service V2 permission assigned.

          Note
          Note You can only create a Command Center page for a tab that already exists in an app. Before creating the page, ensure the Command Center for Service V2 navigation item is added to your Service Console or target application.
          1. From Setup, enter Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find box, then select Lightning App Builder.
          2. Click New.
          3. Select Command Center as the page type, then click Next.
          4. Enter a label and name for your page, select Command Center for Service V2 as the page to overwrite for selections made during the activation step,then click Next.
          5. Choose a layout template for your page, then click Finish.
          6. From the components list in the left panel, locate the Live Card and In-Progress Work components.
          7. Drag the Live Card component onto the page layout.
          8. With the Live Card component selected, configure the properties in the right panel:
          9. (Optional) Drag the In-Progress Work component onto the page layout and configure its properties.
          10. Click Save.
          11. Click Activation.
          12. Select the appropriate activation options:
            • App: Assign the page to your Service Console or target application
            • Assign to: Select Org Default, App Default, or assign to specific profiles or Public Groups
          13. Click Save, then close Lightning App Builder.
