            Configure Safety Cloud

            As an org admin, you can configure Safety Cloud to handle your organization’s health verification and communication needs. Work with your Events team and your Health and Safety team to understand the communications and health and safety protocols for your geography.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            • User Authorization
              Users assigned to the Safety Cloud Admin PermisssionSetGroup can manage Safety Cloud configurations.
            • Set Up Events with Occasions
              Safety Cloud comes with an Occasion Object data model that allows you to create Health Verification configurations specific to an event.
            • Customize the Health Verification Pages
              Edit the text, fields, privacy and legal attestations, and images in your Health Verification Form LWC pages.
            • Allocate Space to the Cache Org Partition
              When you set up the Health Verification package, we create a platform cache org partition with 3 MB called HealthVerification in the safetycloud namespace. The Health Verification package uses the cache to improve the performance of status look-ups. Depending on your data volume, usage patterns, and performance requirements, you can allocate more space to the cache org partition.
            • Create Consent Records with an Apex Job for Customer Health Verification Form
              With a scheduled Apex job, you can regularly create consent records for the COVID-19 health verifications that are generated after a customer completes the COVID-19 health verification form. Simply schedule the job, and it runs at the specified time when new health verification records are created.
            • Delete Health Verification Attachments and Health Card Records Automatically with an Apex Job
              Help keep customers’ personal health information private and safe by regularly deleting verification files and Health Card records. Simply schedule the job, and it runs at the specified time.
            • Prepare Your Team to Review COVID-19 Health Verification Requests
              Assign permissions to your support agents and assign agents to the Health Verification and Needs Review queues.
            • The Wellness Questionnaire and Health Verification
              Safety Cloud comes with a preconfigured survey called the Wellness Questionnaire. You can use the Wellness Questionnaire as part of your organization's Health Verification strategy to screen event registrants for cold or flu-like symptoms associated with COVID-19.
            • Health Card QR Code Verification
              With SMART Health Cards, individuals can keep copies of their vaccination and lab test result records on hand and share their information with others if they choose. Safety Cloud provides Health Verification from a Health Card QR code.
            • Configure Marketing Cloud Engagement for Safety Cloud
              You can use Marketing Cloud Engagement to send confirmation and status update emails with Safety Cloud. The Health Verification record status spurs email generation.
