Create Occasion Rules and Regulations for an Occasion Setting

Use the Occasion Rules & Regulations that come with Safety Cloud to stipulate which verification methods and vaccination and testing time ranges are acceptable for Health Verification. You can also configure your own Occasion Rules & Regulations based on event-specific requirements.

1. Create Occasion Rules & Regulations for a proof of vaccination Health Verification method.
   1. From Occasion Setting, go to Occasion Rules & Regulations, and click New.
   2. For the Verification Method, select Proof of vaccination, Health Card QR code, and Unable to Verify.
   3. Enter a numerical value in Days Vaccine Required Prior to Event.
   4. Save your changes for the rules and regulations.
   5. Save your Occasion Setting changes.
2. Create Occasion Rules & Regulations for a negative Covid-19 test Health Verification method.
   1. From Occasion Setting, go to Occasion Rules & Regulations, and click New.
   2. For the Verification Method, select Negative COVID-19 Test, Health Card QR code, and Unable to Verify.
   3. Enter a numerical value in Days Test Valid Before Event.
   4. Save your rule and regulation changes.

      The Occasion Rule & Regulation is displayed on the Occasion Rule & Regulation field.

   5. Save your Occasion Setting changes.
3. Create Occasion Rules & Regulations for a positive Covid-19 test with recovery Health Verification method.
   1. From Occasion Setting, go to Occasion Rules & Regulations, and click New.
   2. For the Verification Method, select Positive Covid-19 Test with Recovery and Unable to Verify.
   3. Enter a numerical value in Days Antibody Test Valid Before Event.
   4. Save your rule and regulation changes.

      The Occasion Rule & Regulation is displayed on the Occasion Rule & Regulation field.

   5. Save your Occasion Setting changes.
