Create an Occasion Setting
Use Occasion Settings to specify the details of the Health Verification form and the Health Verification records that Safety Cloud creates when a user submits the form.
For each Health Verification form that shows a visitor’s or employee’s proof of vaccination, proof of a rapid test, or proof of P90, you must create a unique Occasion Setting record.
Each Occasion Setting configuration has its own set of labels and rules and regulations that determine the layout of the Health Verification form’s user interface. They also determine the associated health verification processing on the backend.
In each Occasion Setting record, you can configure details like the Health Verification form name and the graphic to include and which verification types are acceptable for the Occasion Setting.
Any graphic used by Health Verification must be stored as a static resource.
To create an Occasion Setting, complete these steps.
