Add a Logo for an Occasion Setting

You can add an image to the included static resource for an Occasion Setting. Images can include graphical elements such as a company logo or other images to enhance or customize the form’s appearance. Adding a logo or other image to the Occasion Setting is optional.

1. Log in as an admin.
2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Code, and then select Static Resources.
3. Find and click the static resource named HealthVerificationFormLogos.
4. To download the zip file, click View file.
5. Extract the contents of the zip file to show a folder containing all the logos.
6. Add your image to the extracted HealthVerificationFormLogos folder.
7. Zip up the HealthVerificationFormLogos folder.
8. Back in the HealthVerificationFormLogos static resource page, click Edit.
9. Click Choose File, and upload the updated zip file.
10. From the App Launcher, type Occasion Settings, and then select Occasion Settings.
11. Find the Occasion Setting to which you want to upload the static resource folder, and from the dropdown, select Edit.
    
12. In the Event Logo URL field, enter the path to the image file relative to the HealthVerificationFormLogos folder.
    Enter the path using this format.

    /ImageFileName

    For example, /KickoffLogo.png.

    

    Note You can upload an image into the Event Logo URL field using the URL of a publicly available image. For example:

13. Save your changes.
