            Enable Einstein Generative AI Audit and Feedback

            To ensure the Service AI Adoption and Analytics dashboard reports accurate ESAT KPI metrics, enable audit and feedback data in Einstein setup. Otherwise, these metrics might be incomplete or missing.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To turn on data collection:

            View Setup

            AND

            Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Audit, and then select Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup.
            2. On the Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup page, turn on Audit and Feedback.
