Важно! Если вы установили комплект данных Service, обновите или переустановите его, чтобы убедиться в его актуальности. Обновление комплекта данных необходимо для доступа к последним расширениям Service AI Adoption и Analytics.
В Data Cloud нажмите на значок шестеренки, а потом выберите Настройка Data Cloud.
В поле быстрого поиска найдите и откройте Salesforce CRM.
Найдите пакет Service и нажмите на меню действий справа и выберите «Установить».
В потоке установки пакета выполните стандартные действия установки пакета. Дополнительную информацию см. в разделе Установка пакетов.
Чтобы обновить комплект данных Service, перейдите в пакет Service, нажмите на меню действий справа и выберите «Обновить».
Для просмотра сведений о комплекте данных перейдите в настройки Data Cloud. В инструментах разработчика выберите Комплекты данных и нажмите ServiceDK.
