Translate a Knowledge Article
Translate a knowledge article into one or more languages with AI Knowledge Translation.
- Go to the knowledge article you want to translate, and in the highlights panel, click Submit for Translation.

Select the languages that you want to translate the article into, and flip the AI
Translation toggle.
- Click Submit.
When your translation is complete, depending on the size of your translation request, you receive an email and a notification on the knowledge object. Or, you can view the translated knowledge article immediately in the View Translations section. We strongly recommend that a subject matter expert always review the results of translated knowledge articles.
Each successful translation has its own record page for that article. If you submit multiple translation requests for the same article in the same language, the notification that you see on the object is for the most recent, completed translation.
Use the View Translations section to navigate through the translated version of the selected knowledge article. You can translate knowledge objects into the following languages:
