Enable Customer Signals Intelligence

Enable Customer Signals Intelligence in Setup for insights into customer behaviors and preferences.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Data 360 enabled and the Customer Signals Intelligence add-on
User Permissions Needed
To enable Customer Signals Intelligence:

Data Cloud Admin permission set
To update permissions: Scoring Framework permission set

To use Customer Signals Intelligence, first turn on Data 360. Update the Data Cloud Connector permissions.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Customer, and then select Customer Signals Intelligence.
  2. Turn on Customer Signals Intelligence.
  3. To use AI Services, turn on Einstein Generative AI.  If you don’t turn on Einstein Generative AI, you won’t be able to configure AI Services.

When you enable channels, all historic data is ingested into Data 360 and uses Data 360 credits. For more information on consumption, see Billing Considerations for Customer Signals Intelligence.
