Set Up Draft Case Response and Find Similar Interactions Agent Actions

To set up the Draft Case Response and Find Similar Interactions actions, create a vector search index configuration.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Data 360 enabled, and the Customer Signals Intelligence and Einstein GPT Copilot add-ons
User Permissions Needed
To create a search index configuration:

Data Cloud Admin

OR

Data Cloud Marketing Admin

OR

Data Cloud Data Aware Specialist
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Search Index.
  2. Create a search index configuration of the type Advanced Setup.
  3. Select Engagement Analysis Text and click Next.
  4. Click Manage Fields and select Engagement Analysis Payload.
  5. Save the changes and click Next.
  6. Select E5 Large V2 Embedding Model as the Vectorization Strategy, and click Next.
  7. Expand Engagement Analysis Text and drag Engagement Channel Source Type into the Selected fields region.
  8. Click Next and save the changes.

    When saving the search index, make sure to use the default label and API name.
