Install the Vaccine Cloud Eligibility Package
Install the package and complete post-install steps.

Before installing the package, complete the prerequisites listed in Considerations for the Vaccine Cloud Packages.
Complete the following steps to install the package.

Navigate to this URL in your browser: https://install.work.com/products/vaccineplans the URL for installing the package.
Vaccine Eligibility Form (Form Only) installs the Base Package and the Vaccine Eligibility Form Package. Select this package if you’re using a product other than Marketing Cloud Engagement to send the emails and texts.
Vaccine Eligibility Form and Updates also installs the Vaccine Eligibility Updates Package. Select this package if you’re using Marketing Cloud Engagement to send the emails and texts.
- Click the name of the package that you want to install and click Install.
- Click Log In to Start Pre-Install Validation.
- Select your org type. Enter your Salesforce username and password.
- Click Allow to run the preinstall validation.
- In the Connected to Salesforce box, confirm that you’re logged in to the correct org. If the preinstall validation fails, use the error messages in the installer to troubleshoot and complete the preinstallation requirements in your org. When you’re ready, return to the installer URL and try again.
- Review the list of customizations the installer makes in your org.
- Click Install. Click Confirm to accept the terms of use.
- If you’re prompted to allow Metadeploy access for your org, click Allow.
Optionally, create record types for the objects we use for the vaccine eligibility form. Record types let you differentiate the lead, individual, and consent records for your vaccine form from other uses. To learn more, see Tailor Business Processes to Different Users Using Record Types.
