Set up an Email Template for Health Verification
You can use Occasion Email Mapping to set up an email template for Health Verification. The template determines the content of the Health Verification email.

To set up an email template, complete these steps.

From the App Launcher, select Health Verification Admin, and then select the Occasions
tab. Then select an Occasion and Occasion Email Mapping.
You can also get to Occasion Email Mapping by clicking Related from the Occasion Object.
- From Occasion Email Mapping, click New.
- Enter an Occasion Email Mapping Name.

Enter a Verification Site URL.
The Verification Site URL is the landing page for after the form is filled out.
- Specify the language for the email.

Enter the Marketing Cloud Engagement Definition Key name.
Enter the Event Definition Key name set when you created the Transactional Send Journey.
The Definition Key is the identifier that provides the connection between the Salesforce org and its related Engagement journey.

Specify the Verification Method and Verification Status.
The values indicate what the Verification Method and Verification Status must be to trigger and send the email.

Set Email Template values.
The values entered correspond to the API names of Salesforce Classic Email Templates.
The content from the Classic Email Templates is passed to the email that Engagement sends to verified users.
Email Template Header Name: Name of the Classic Email Template that can be used as HTML content for the header in the Engagement template.
Email Template Body Name:Name of the Classic Email Template that can be used as HTML content for the body in the Engagement Template.
Email Template Footer Name:Name of the Classic Email Template that can be used as HTML content for the footer in the Marketing Cloud Template.
- Save your changes, or to continue adding email mappings, click Save & New.
- Optional: To create an Occasion Email Mapping with the same values, click Clone.
For every Occasion Email Mapping record that you create, Safety Cloud creates an Occasion Email Attribute Mapping record. You can configure the Email Attribute Mapping records to map the fields that you want to include in the Engagement send definition and to pass the field attributes into the email message.
