Klik op Bewerken op de pagina met contactcentrumdetails.
Klik op XML importeren om het XML-bestand met de definitie van het contactcentrum te uploaden. Zorg ervoor dat het bestand import.xml de bijgewerkte waarden bevat voor de contactcentrumdetails die u wilt wijzigen. U mag het internalName contactcentrum niet wijzigen.
Sla de wijzigingen op.
Wanneer u het XML-bestand importeert, worden de details van het contactcentrum onmiddellijk bijgewerkt. Als de update mislukt, kunt u de bewerking opnieuw proberen.
