          Update AWS Primary Phone Number

          Update your primary phone number by directly logging in to the AWS console as a root user.

          Required Editions

          This article applies to:

          • Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect
          View supported editions.
          1. In the AWS console, log in as a root user.
          2. Choose your account name or number from the interface in the upper right corner of the console, and then click Account.
          3. Scroll down to the Contact Information section, and select Edit to update the primary phone number.

          If the phone number update fails, log a support ticket with Salesforce Customer Support.

          If the AWS account is inaccessible and you can’t log in, use the Connect APIs to update the primary phone number as described in Update Inaccessible Account Phone Number.
