data for each employee, use this access to accomplish specific tasks while respecting employees'
privacy.

User Permissions Needed
To access Workplace Command Center
All Workplace permission set groups can access Workplace Command Center.
For example, you may want to create a list of users who haven’t updated their wellness data in
over a month and send them the Continuing Wellness survey.
View Employee and Employee Crisis Assessment Records.
From the App Launcher, enter Emp and click
Employees.
From the App Launcher, enter Emp and click Employee
Crisis Assessments.
In an Employee record, look at the Current Wellness Status field.
Open an Employee Crisis Assessment record, which is created when a Survey is completed.
Look at the Assessment field.
Note
An Assessment value of Unknown usually indicates that no survey
response has been submitted. Unknown is the default value.
