Add the Flows to Your Guest Pages

Add the flows directly to your guest Experience Cloud pages.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To set up guest scheduling flows: Customize Application AND Manage Flow
To let guests use the flows: Workforce Scheduling Guest User and Composable Case Management Scheduling for Guest Users permission sets
  1. In Experience Builder, open the guest page where visitors schedule appointments.
  2. Add a Flow component and select your cloned Schedule New Appointment flow.
  3. On the page where visitors manage an existing appointment, add a Flow component and select your cloned guest modification flow.
  4. Publish the site.
  5. In a private or incognito browser window, open the guest page and confirm that a guest can book, reschedule, and cancel an appointment. Confirm the emailed passcode is required before a booking saves.
