Assign Guest Access

Assign the permission sets that let guest users read the scheduling data model and create appointments.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To set up guest scheduling flows: Customize Application AND Manage Flow
To let guests use the flows: Workforce Scheduling Guest User and Composable Case Management Scheduling for Guest Users permission sets
  1. In the Experience Cloud site's guest user profile, assign the Workforce Scheduling Guest User permission set so guests can read the scheduling data model and create appointments.
  2. Assign the Composable Case Management Scheduling for Guest Users permission set so guests can create the interaction records that a community booking needs.
  3. Save your changes.
