Create Service Appointment Statuses
Define the statuses a service appointment moves through, and map each status to a status category that reflects its stage.
Create Resource Absence Types
Add the types of time off and unavailability that you track for service resources, such as vacation or medical leave.
Set Default Statuses for Categories
Set the default service appointment status that scheduling applies at each stage of an appointment's lifecycle.
