Manage User Access

Assign Workforce Scheduling personas to the users who schedule, dispatch, and perform work.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

User Permissions Needed
To assign Workforce Scheduling personas:	Workforce Scheduling Admin

From Salesforce Go, search for and select Workforce Scheduling Data & Permissions.
Next to Manage User Access, click Manage.
Select the persona that you want to assign to a user. For example, Workforce Scheduling Dispatcher.
Select or search for a user and click Assign.
Assign any additional personas or users and then click Done.
