Set Up the Community Scheduling Flows

Clone the shipped scheduling flow so you can activate it, make it available to community users, and run it in the inbound context.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To set up community scheduling: Customize Application AND Manage Flow
To let community users schedule: Workforce Scheduling for Community Users permission set
  1. Clone the Schedule New Appointment flow. In the clone, set the flow's context input to inbound so the flow runs the self-service path for signed-in users.
  2. Clone the modification flow that handles reschedule and cancel. Set its context input to inbound.
  3. Activate each cloned flow.
