            Configure Interface Layouts

            Add the Quality Management component to the interaction pages to help evaluators access forms.

            Required Editions

            Supported Editions for Workforce Engagement Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit record pages: Quality Manager
            1. From the App Launcher, go to Voice Calls.
            2. Go to a Voice Call or Messaging Session record.
            3. Click Setup, and then select Edit Page.
            4. Find the Quality Management LWC component in the sidebar.
            5. Drag the component onto the record page layout.
              Note
              Note Add the Quality Management component to a medium or large area on the page template.
            6. Save and Activate the page.
