            Build Assessment Questions

            Define the specific criteria that will be used to score reps.

            User Permissions Needed
            To build assessment questions and forms: Quality Manager

            Before you begin creating assessment questions and assessment forms, ensure that you have the Quality Manager permission set group assigned. These steps don't require an admin permission.

            1. Go to the OmniScripts tab and click the Discovery Framework Assessment.
            2. Select Usage Type as Quality Management and Save.
            3. Or go to the Assessment Questions tab, click New.
            4. Click New Assessment Questions, and provide these details:
              • Name: A unique name.
              • Data Type: Format of the answer input (for example, Picklist, True/False).
              • Category: Functional grouping (for example, Compliance, Professionalism).
              • Question Text: The evaluation question.
              • Active: Checkbox to make the form/question available for use.
            5. Enter Score Options:
              • Option: The text label for an answer choice (for example, "Yes", "No").
              • Score: A numeric value.
              • Description: A brief explanation of the score.
            6. Save the changes.
              Note
              Note Evaluation forms support only assessment questions that are Active and have the Score data type.
