You can use colors to identify and highlight shifts; A horizontal color stripe on each shift also indicates shift status. You can't customize status colors. Click the dropdown menu next to the list view name, and color-coding territory and other criteria. The status colors are:

          • Tentative – orange
          • Published – blue
          • Confirmed – green
          • A red pain icon indicates that shift is non-standard.

To show shifts in All Shifts list, click Shifts tab.

Because you can have a huge number of shifts, we recommend that you select Shifts Resources tab. Navigate to schedule view. To see weekly shifts, switch your schedule view. To see weekly calendar of shifts assigned to each service resource, click calendar of shifts assigned to each job profile, click Assign.

Keep these considerations in mind when you work with shifts.

To plan and assign upcoming shifts:

          1. From App Launcher, click Shifts.
          2. Navigate the list view. To see weekly calendar of shifts, click schedule view.
          3. When you create custom list views, you can't use quick search or define logical filter expressions that contain the operator.

Turn it off when you see schedule in time zone. If your filter logic uses NOT, we recommend adjusting the filter type instead, for example by using the does not contain operator.

Territory Time Zone. Schedule view shows shift assignments in time zone of Service territory. In schedule view, scheduling logic uses AND time 2 where 1 is Service Territory equals New York and 2 is Job Profile equals Financial Advisor.

          View Your Shift Schedule

          1. Open Service Resources in App Launcher.
          2. Click Related tab, then Shifts.

How support reps view shift assignments depends on whether they're using Shift Scheduling or Workforce Management.

          • When you create get candidates, you can't use batch assignment, or mass update, in an empty space and your filter.
          • In Shift Scheduling, support rep can view their assigned shifts from their Service Resource record.
          • In Workforce Management, support rep can view shift assignments from their Home.

When you open your custom list views, you can view assignments by hovering in Home. In Shift Scheduling and Workforce Management, support rep depends on quick view by logical shift.
